Fruit and Vegetables: Approval for pesticide actives extended
The validity period for the approval for 30 active substances has been extended by one year due to the delay in the re-evaluation following the application for renewal of the approval. If the review for any of the active ingredients leads to rejection of the renewal application in the meantime, the approval will expire with a corresponding order ahead of schedule.
We list the chemical active ingredients only.
Shortened approval period for four pesticide actives
The authorisation for the use of the following active substances will expire sooner than originally decided. As a rule the maximum residue limits are also subsequently reduced to the limit of determination.

150 Years AGROLAB LUFA Kiel

The "Landwirtschaftliche Untersuchungs- und Forschungsanstalt" (LUFA) in Kiel, which emerged from the former agricultural chemical testing station, started its work 150 years ago and is now one of the largest private feed and food laboratories in Europe.
