Registration
Access to the webinar is not possible
Check your firewall settings and try copying the access link from the confirmation email into your browser. If the problem remains, contact us.
Confirmation email with login details not received
Check your spam folder. If the email is missing, contact us and we will resend the details.
Participation
Audio or video does not work
Try reconnecting or using a different browser. If the issue persists, the webinar recording will be available later.
Image is too dark or too bright
This happens when the mouse moves over the video, causing the window to darken. Keep the mouse pointer centered for a stable image.
Missed the webinar and need access to the recording
The recording will only be available for registered participants soon after the webinar.
Handout and Recording
Receiving the handout after the webinar
The handout will be available for download after the webinar. All registered participants will receive an email with the link to the recording and the handout.
Webinar recording availability
The webinar will be recorded and made available soon after the event. Registered participants will receive the recording shortly after the webinar.
