FAQ ALOORA

As far as you get an account you can connect to the ALOORA - results web-app on a mobile, entering ALOORA as usually on AGROLAB website. There is no application to download. Nevertheless, you can add ALOORA to your Home Screen where it will appear like any other app you can download.

You have access to several pre-defined filters.

No, you can only register orders on the desktop version. In the web-app you can only see the orders, once they have already been registered.

No, you need to open the PDF file to get some of those info.

Yes, when the order is finished you get a button to access your report pdf.

You have 2 posibilities: 1) For finished orders, you can open the PDF report file 2) Once you have selected your order, the results can be found on the samples level.

The search function can be only be used on the data displayed on the card or order details info.

The progress bar visualizes the status on the card.

Green: all is OK Yellow: There is an exceeded value, i.e. an analytical result that has surpassed a (legal) limit value defined in your order Dark grey: the order is on delay Light grey: the order has been cancelled.
