Can I change the layout of the sample grid?

Yes, it gets an Excel behavior: You can drag and drop columns. You can also add or hide some columns: Click on the ‘Columns’ menu icon to open the list of all possible sample data and select the data you are not interested in. Click on it again to close the columns menu.

How do I do an AP04-calculation?

First you check the checkbox AP04-calculation. Then you click the new button that appears. In the popup, you select the samples you want to combine and click "AP04-calculation". Once you are ready, click "Done" and you can continue.

Is it possible to define a content of "lutum" and "humus" by default, I don't want to change it all the time

Yes, in the "Configuration" view from the navigation bar, you can then define by default, the "Humus" content (%), "Lutum" content (%) and the pH-KCl in the block "Further options".
