Biofach in Nuremberg is the world's largest trade fair for organic food and, like every year, was more than just a product show. It is a marketplace where people come together who share a common vision: to make the world a better place.

We don't want to withhold the enthusiastic report of our sales representative Natalie Scholz from you. If you were not able to attend this year in Nuremberg, it may inspire you to visit the next BIOFACH in 2026.

"What makes Biofach so special for me is the passion that producers have for their products – and you can taste it in (almost) every bite that is proudly handed to visitors as a sample. These included vegan cheese (Viva la Faba), which no longer tastes like the first ‘analogue cheeses’ and creative sandwich spreads, such as beetroot, pear and walnut (Nabio). The vegan pizza Ton-no (Followfood) is likely to become a bestseller, not only for vegans, but also for those who have so far preferred the classic version (with plain tuna from the tin). This year, the trend is continuing towards sustainable enjoyment in any case. But it is not only the many new products that make Biofach so attractive. It is the people, the conversations, the enthusiasm to make a difference. You don't just meet traders and producers here – you meet visionaries, doers and idealists who work with passion and conviction on sustainable nutrition concepts. Biofach is more than just a trade fair, also thanks to the accompanying specialist lectures. Unfortunately, I didn't have time for that this time, because I was able to answer many questions regarding labelling and meaningful test plan design, especially for the start-up companies for which AGROLAB provides a very special analytical support service. I'm already looking forward to next year. See you there?"
