The deal covers the production, marketing and distribution of the popular breakfast cereals in North America as part of Ferrero's growth strategy.Ferrero is expanding its portfolio in North America with the Nutella®, Kinder®, Tic Tac® and Ferrero Rocher® brands. The company currently employs a total of 14,000 people in 22 factories and 11 branches in the United States, as well as a further 4,500 in the frozen food industry. Similar to Ferrero, WK Kellogg's sustainable success lies in its roots as a traditional family business – and we find that a remarkable parallel to AGROLAB GROUP.
