The authorisations were extended because of delays in processing the applications for renewal of the approvals.

Where an application for renewal of the approval of an active substance is rejected, the approval shall expire on the date which is earlier than the date specified in this Regulation or on the date of entry into force of the Regulation on non-inclusion, whichever is the later.

 

The currently applicable maximum residue levels shall not be affected by these extensions.
