The project in Heudebouville is taking shape

In Heudebouville, Normandy, the future AGROLAB WEST France laboratory is currently under construction. Following the completion of the preparatory works and earthworks, the project has now entered a clearly visible phase: the building is rising from the ground and the outline of the future site is becoming more concrete every day.

The construction works are progressing in line with the planned schedule. All stages completed so far have been delivered on time, providing a solid foundation for the upcoming phases of the project.

Key milestones already achieved

In recent weeks, several important milestones have been reached. The foundations have been fully completed, and the assembly of the building’s supporting structure has begun. The roof structure has also been installed.

With these works, the structural base of the future laboratory is now in place. The project has therefore reached a decisive stage: the site is becoming a visible reality, moving well beyond the initial plans.

A laboratory designed for modern analytics

The future AGROLAB WEST France laboratory is designed to meet the current demands of modern laboratory analytics. It will include modern analytical areas structured for efficient workflows, as well as state-of-the-art technical infrastructure.

Particular attention is being paid to optimised sample flows, clear separation of working areas, and working conditions focused on safety and ergonomics. The new site will increase analytical capacity and further strengthen the quality of service provided to our clients.

A collective effort with local partners

This construction project brings together numerous regional stakeholders, including construction companies, engineering offices and specialised partners. The internal teams of AGROLAB WEST France are also closely involved, ensuring strong coordination between all parties.

This collaboration is a key factor in ensuring high construction quality and adherence to the project schedule.

Next steps towards commissioning

In the coming months, construction will continue with the installation of the external cladding, interior finishing works and the installation of technical and analytical equipment.
