The award is based on a comprehensive study by the F.A.Z.-Institute, which evaluated more than 5 million online sources. Over a period of two years, 12,000 companies were evaluated as employers according to criteria such as innovation, digitalisation, sustainability, career opportunities, salary, corporate culture and fairness.

AGROLAB performed excellently in the laboratory company category and was awarded the maximum number of 100 points.
