ALOORA - Features at a glance

ALOORA is the abbreviation of AGROLAB Online Ordering and Result Assistant.

Inspired by the wish to exchange intermediate and final results between AGROLAB and its customers and to have all sorts of information available and accessible 24/7, AGROLAB created the user-friendly and highly efficient tool ALOORA.

Traceability

Samples and orders can be followed through the entire process in the laboratory, via order confirmation to results and finally an invoice. The authenticity of this process is guaranteed with the help of printable barcodes or pre-labelled containers. Results, whether you are interested in the latest intermediate results or need archived results, can be checked anywhere there´s internet available.

Ordering

ALOORA is built to easily create your orders even if the samples are already on their way to the laboratory. Simply by building templates for samples that are periodically sent or by connecting ALOORA to third party software for environmental projects, samples arriving at the laboratory can be analysed immediately saving valuable time.

Furthermore, a lot of interesting information regarding our analyses is visable during ordering. An easy check-up for the content of analysis-packages, analytical data like LOQ or accredited methods and the unit prices and total costs of an order are transparently available.

Results

After validation of the results by our professional Customer Relation Managers, the final report is released and can be summoned together with any additional data files.

Maximising effectiveness, results can be easily exported in many different layouts making it very easy to integrate AGROLAB’s results in the customers’ databases. Incorporated legal limit values facilitate comparing results to actual legislation thereby supporting a decent conclusion about the analysed samples.

Easy check on invoices

After validation and release of the invoice, the invoice documents are transferred to and archived in ALOORA. Invoices can then be easily searched and downloaded to import in your company’s financial software.

Thrustworthy partner

All data generated by the laboratory are safely stored at the servers of AGROLAB. Information regarding projects and prices remain at AGROLAB and cannot be viewed by third parties.

Controlled access

ALOORA offers the possibility to appoint one SUPERuser that gains control over the access of his SUBusers. With this feature, access can be restricted to projects, products and different business units thereby also managing access to results, registration or invoices.
