For the 5th time AGROLAB features in Bayerns Best 50. This is the Ministry of Economic Affairs’ way of honouring companies with an above-average growth in turnover and workforce.

At an award ceremony held in Schloss Schleißheim on 23.07.2018, Bavaria’s Minister of Economic Affairs Franz Josef Pschierer awarded the prizes for “Bayerns Best 50”. AGROLAB is one of the 50 fastest growing companies in Bavaria, and in 2015 received the award for the fourth time already.

With the “Bayerns Best 50” business award, every year the Bavarian State Ministry for Economic Affairs, Media, Energy and Technology honours Bavarian companies that have achieved above-average growth in turnover and workforce in recent years. The main selection criteria also include the economic stability and future viability of the respective firms. Further criteria were profitability, equity capital share, and the forecast for the future. The competition criteria also include the fact that the growth in sales and jobs was created not just by acquisitions but also by organic growth.

AGROLAB was established in 1986 as the pioneer in IT-assisted laboratory analysis on the model of industrial processes. Today the AGROLAB GROUP is a group of laboratories based in Bruckberg that operates throughout Europe. With more than 1,400 employees in 20 European branches, AGROLAB is one of the market leaders in the sector. The aim to be effective and precise is the driving force behind the company’s work. Only in this way can the mission be completed: AGROLAB provides clients with rapid, reliable and credible analyses – as well as excellent value for money. The Bayerns Best 50 award shows that AGROLAB is heading in the right direction. The company’s plans for the future are to continue growing and strengthen its position in the market.
