ALOORA introduces a new password management module

AGROLAB is working to strengthen the security of your data. To better protect your ALOORA account, we will introduce a new password management module from the 07/12/2021.

 

From this date onwards, the first time you log in to ALOORA, you will log in with your current password. ALOORA will prompt you to change your password. Only you will know this new password.

 

If you have forgotten this password you will need to contact your customer relation manager who will then provide you with a temporary password, so that you can set your new password.

 

The new password must meet the following requirements: 

  • Contain at least 10 characters
  • Not exceed 30 characters
  • Contain upper and lower case letters, numbers and special characters
  • Not contain whitespaces
  • Not contain an ascending or descending series of numbers
