Nuts

AGROLAB Ibérica already has all the nut allergens of Regulation (EU) 1169/2011, on the food information provided to the consumer, accredited under the ISO 17025 standard.

A food allergy is a reaction of the immune system that occurs after eating a certain food, even in a very small amount. For this reason, it is a crucial issue in food safety and industries must develop control procedures that ensure the correct labeling of their products. AGROLAB Ibérica has a wide accreditation that helps our clients to guarantee allergenic safety in their products.

In response to market demand, which increasingly requires more certification in the products and services requested to guarantee their quality, AGROLAB Ibérica continues with its desire to improve by expanding its accreditation.

Recently, after successfully passing the audit carried out by the National Accreditation Entity (ENAC), the following nut allergens in all types of food have been added to the list of accredited allergens under the UNE EN ISO 17025 Standard that we already had :

  • Almond allergen
  • Hazelnut allergen
  • Peanut allergen
  • Sesame allergen
  • Lupine allergen
  • Cashew allergen
