New to the LUFA-ITL: Transfer of your sample and analysis data to the GMP+ database (02/2016)

In order to avoid the time-consuming and manual entry of your data, AGROLAB has implemented an interface for this purpose.

 

The GMP+ enables a system participant to transfer data regarding samples (sample data) and analysis results to the GMP+ Monitoring database in the form of a message file (XML or CSV). This message file in the XML format is already available to you at the LUFA-ITL location and will shortly also be used at the laboratory of Dr. A. VERWEY and Agrolab Polska.

How can you use the transfer via interface service?

As a matter of principal, there are two options for using our GMP+ Interface:

 

  1. Supplementinga previously registered sample with the results of the analysis
  2. Sending in all of the data pertaining to the sample

The AGROLAB order form for GMP+ samples is available to you online.

 

Of course, you can also continue to send in your samples with your own written order. To ensure the functionality of the message file, we require you to provide us with certain information. In this respect, please read our instructions on the GMP+ Monitoring database. Detailed instructions on the GMP+ Monitoring database and its use are provided in our product information here.
