In diesem Beitrag wiederholen wir Warnmeldungen aus dem RASFF-System der Europäischen Kommission des vergangenen Monats.
Die Tabelle ist noch übersichtlicher. Wir sortieren die Meldungen nach Produktgruppen und orientieren uns an den Überschriften im RASFF-System, sowie in der zweiten Spalte nach den Ursprungsländern. Sie kennen Ihre Rohstoffe und Produkte und auch deren Herkunft am besten. So können Sie schneller erkennen, ob sich im Schnellwarnsystem für Sie relevante Meldungen befinden. Als relevant haben wir Meldungen eingestuft, die im System als "serious" gekennzeichnet und bestätigt wurden. Wir verzichten i.a. auf die Wiederholung der Messwerte und die Gegenüberstellung der zulässigen Höchstmengen einzelner Kontaminanten. Außerdem werden wir auch bei den Warnmeldungen vor mikrobiologischen Kontaminationen auf die Produktgruppen Fleisch/Fleischerzeugnisse, Geflügel/Geflügelprodukte, Fisch und Meeresfrüchte sowie Milch/Miicherzeugnisee zukünftig weitgehend verzichten. Hier handelt es sich seit zehn Jahren Monat für Monat um wiederkehrende Meldungen zu den bekannten pathogenen Keimen. Zudem sind diese meist verderblichen Lebensmittel meistens nicht in den Verkehr gelangt oder zum Zeitpunkt unseres Berichts nicht mehr im Handel.
Meldungen zu Trockenfrüchten und anderem verarbeiteten Obst und Gemüse (ausser gefrorener Ware) listen wir weiterhin unter den Meldungen für Lebensmittel. Sämtliches Meeresgetier und Algen fassen wir in einer Produktgruppe zusammen (abweichend zur RASFF Produktgruppen-Systematik). Sie können die RASFF-Seite mit Hilfe verschiedener Filteroptionen bequem selbst auswerten und die Meldungen auf diejenigen beschränken, die für Ihr Unternehmen von direktem Interesse sind Link:
