Alarm

In diesem Abschnitt wiederholen wir Warnmeldungen aus dem RASFF-System der Europäischen Kommission aus dem Vormonat, die wir für bemerkenswert und für unsere Kunden interessant halten.

 

Wir verzichten darauf, die alle Grenzwertüberschreitungen bei Mykotoxinen und Salmonellen zu wiederholen und zeigen nur eine Auswahl, um die Risiken zu verdeutlichen. Wir möchten Sie jedoch darauf aufmerksam machen, dass in zahlreichen Fällen auch fehlende Allergeninformationen als schwerwiegend eingestuft wurden und ebenfalls zu Grenzwertverstößen führten.
