Alarm

In diesem Beitrag wiederholen wir wesentliche Warnmeldungen aus dem RASFF-System der Europäischen Kommission des vergangenen Monats.

 

Wir verzichten darauf, sämtliche Mykotoxin- und Salmonellen-Grenzwertüberschreitungen zu wiederholen, sondern zeigen nur eine Auswahl, um die Risiken zu verdeutlichen. Wir möchten Sie jedoch darauf aufmerksam machen, dass in zahlreichen Fällen fehlende Allergeninformationen als schwerwiegend eingestuft wurden und ebenfalls zu Grenzwertverstößen führten.
