In questo articolo riproponiamo gli avvisi importanti del sistema RASFF della Commissione europea dell'ultimo mese.
D'ora in poi renderemo la tabella ancora più chiara. Ordineremo le allerte per gruppi di prodotti e utilizzeremo le voci del sistema RASFF come guida, nonché i Paesi di origine nella seconda colonna. Questo vi permette di identificare rapidamente se nel sistema di allerta rapida ci sono allerte che vi riguardano. Abbiamo classificato le allerte che sono state contrassegnate come "gravi" nel sistema e che sono state confermate come rilevanti.
In futuro, ci asterremo dal ripetere i valori misurati e dal confrontare i livelli massimi ammissibili dei singoli contaminanti. Inoltre, in futuro ci asterremo anche dall'emettere avvisi di contaminazione microbiologica per i gruppi di prodotti carne/prodotti a base di carne, pollame/prodotti a base di pollame, pesce e frutti di mare e latte/prodotti a base di latte. Per dieci anni, questi sono stati rapporti ricorrenti su germi patogeni noti ogni mese. Inoltre, questi alimenti, per lo più deperibili, non sono stati immessi sul mercato o sicuramente non lo sono più al momento del nostro rapporto. In futuro li citeremo solo in caso di eventi eccezionali.
Continuiamo a elencare le notifiche relative alla frutta secca e ad altri prodotti ortofrutticoli trasformati (ad eccezione dei prodotti surgelati) sotto le notifiche relative ai prodotti alimentari, discostandoci dal sistema di classificazione dei gruppi di prodotti RASFF.
