Update: EFSA-Datenbank zu Verarbeitungsfaktoren für Pflanzenschutzmittelrückstände
Die Höchstwerte für Pflanzenschutzmittelrückstände in Agrarprodukten beziehen sich stets auf die unverarbeiteten Produkte. Bei der Weiterverarbeitung bis zum Endprodukt können die ursprünglichen Rückstände ab- oder angereichert werden, z.B. beim Trocknen. Um diese Veränderungen in der Bewertung von Analysenbefunden zu berücksichtigen, wurden von der EFSA für viele Produkte Verarbeitungsfaktoren festgelegt als Hilfestellung bei der Bewertung in dieser Datenbank zusammengetragen. Sie wird regelmäßig überarbeitet. Die aktuellen Versionen der Dokumente finden sich hier:

Update: EFSA database on processing factors for pesticide residues.

The maximum levels for pesticide residues in agricultural products always refer to the unprocessed products. During further processing up to the final product, the original residues may be reduced or enriched, e.g. during drying. In order to take these changes into account in the evaluation of analytical results, processing factors have been defined by EFSA for many products as an aid to evaluation in this database. It is revised on a regular basis. The latest versions of the documents can be found here:

Aktualizacja: Baza danych EFSA dotycząca czynników przetwarzania pozostałości pestycydów.

Najwyższe dopuszczalne poziomy pozostałości pestycydów w produktach rolnych odnoszą się zawsze do produktów nieprzetworzonych. Podczas dalszego przetwarzania, aż do uzyskania produktu końcowego, pierwotne pozostałości mogą zostać zmniejszone lub wzbogacone, np. podczas suszenia. Aby uwzględnić te zmiany w ocenie wyników analiz, EFSA określiła współczynniki przetwarzania dla wielu produktów jako pomoc w ocenie w tej bazie danych. Jest ona regularnie aktualizowana. Nutri-Score – Berechnungsformeln sollen angepasst werden
Der Nutri-Score-Algorithmus zur Berechnung der „Ampelkennzeichnung“ soll aufgrund neuer Erkenntnisse überarbeitet werden. Die EU-Kommission schlägt auch aufgrund berechtigter Kritik aus einigen Mitgliedsländern eine Anpassung der Formeln vor. Die Änderungen betreffen u.a. die Bewertung von Zucker, Salz, Ballaststoffen, Eiweiß, Fetten, pflanzliche Ölen und Nüssen.

Nutri-Score - calculation formulas shall be adapted
The Nutri-Score algorithm for calculating the “traffic light” labelling is to be revised on the basis of new findings. The EU Commission is also proposing an adjustment of the formulas due to justified criticism from some member countries. The changes affect, among others, the evaluation of sugar, salt, fibres, protein, fats, vegetable oils and nuts.

The French authority "Direction générale de la concurrence, de la consommation et de la répression des fraudes" (DGCCRF) has published a summary list of all health claims authorized in the EU or currently still listed as "on hold" claims.

It contains the list of expired authorisations, upcoming changes and planned reviews, and much more.
